Section 1. That the commissioners of Sewer District
No. 69 are hereby authorized and directed to cause an adjustment
of the assessments in said Seiner District ITo. 69 as provided by
Act ITo. /y,L . of the General assembly of the ;Mate of Arkansas
of the date of .ay "', 1901, together with the amendment.; thereto,
^r,d cause said assessors to file the same ;vith the city clerk of
the city of Little _peck, ',rkansas, and notice of such ad-
justment to be made by publication as prescribed by statute.
Section 2. That on adjustment of the assessment so
made there shall be 'collected for-the' p�.yrnent of the outstanding
bonded indebtedness of the district and interest items accrued
d.urin` the term of said district an amount not in excess of
one -half the re -n.lar annual aspess!ment no�ii collected therein by
the city collector, after due notice by publication in the
usual orm.
Section 3. The commissioners of said - 3'e-,ver Iistrict
1o. 69 shall, upon receipt of the said sums, disburse same in the
liquidation of the bonded indebtedness of the district and
expenses incurred, and shall file thereafter with the clerk as
provided by law the final report of the matters and accounts of
said Sever Distr Yo. o. 69, shoviing the payment of all bonds
issued, interest itrms and other r_,latters in connection thereaith.
