ORDINANCE NO. 2882.
An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of 0150.00, or as much there-
of as may be necessary, to Pay Carter & Enoch, Civil Engi-
neers, for One Eeuffel & Esser Transit, Tripod, Case,
Tools, etc., Purchased for the Public Works
Department,'-and for oTher
purposes.
BE IT ORDAII ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of t150.00, or as much
thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any
moneys in the Street fund, for the purpose of
paying Carter & Y.noch, Civil Engineers, for one Eeuffel & Esser
Transit, Tripod, Case, Tools, etc., purchased for the use of the
Public Works Department; and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the
City's warrant for said sum, or such portion thereof as may be
necessary, payable out of said fund, making the maturity of said
warrant at such date as in their discretion may seem to the best
interests of the city.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
