An Ordinance Amending the Building Code In So Far Only as to
Permit the Erection of a Hospital Building by the Baptist
Hospital Commission upon Block 4, Centennial Addition to
the City of Little Rock, 71ithout the Payment of Any
Fees to the City of Little Rock, and for other
Purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTTE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted the Baptist
Hospital Commission to erect their fireproof, five - story, hos-
pital building upon Block 4, Centennial Addition to the City of
Little Rock, without paying to the City of Little Rock such fees
as are named in the Building Code, and the City Engineer is here-
by instructed and directed to issue permits for the erection of
said building or any portion thereof without the payment of any
fees. :provided, however, no other provisions of said code are
hereby amended and said building shall conform in all ways, and
said Baptist Hospital Commission shall proceed, other than as to
payment of fees, in accordance with the Building Code and ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. No ordinances or parts of ordinances are
repealed hereby except in so far as they are directly in con-
flict herewith, and this ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage.
