BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK:

Section 1. The sum of is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the City Treasury not otherwise expended, for
the purpose of purchasing a Ford Roadster for the Police Depart-
ment; and thei:ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and di-
rected to draw the City's warrant therefor, with such maturity as
may in their discretion seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
