An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of $50.00 to Pay the Ark-
ansas State Board of Dental Examiners a-Fine Erroneously
Paid Into the City Treasury, and for other purposes.
.Whereas, Through error, a fine of $50.00, under the
law payable over to the treasury of the Arkansas State Board
of Dental Examiners, was paid into the City Treasury and
should be refunded to said board, Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK_:
Section 1. The sum of X50.00, out of any money in
the general revenue fund not otherwise expended, is hereby ap-
propriated for the purpose of paying to the Arkansas State
Board of Dental Examiners a fine of $150.0c. erroneously taken
into the City Treasury; and the :Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to draw the City's warrant therefor,
made payable to the Secretary - Treasurer of the Arkansas State
Board of Dental Examiners.
Section 2. All ordinances and pests of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
