Section 1. That Section TTo. l of Ordinance No. a155.
passed December 12 1921, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
" Section 1. From ,-.nd after January 1, 1922,

it shall, be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
pare; any taxicab, jitney bus or motor vehicle of any descrip-
tion, operated f or hire, upon <<ny of the streets, alleys or
public way ,-s in the City- of Little Rock:,- except for the purpose
of loading or unloading passengers, and the time of such park
