An Ordinance A P ropriating the Sum of $11,000.00, to Be Paid to
C. E. Smith for Engineering Services Rendered to the City of
Little 11�ock, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCY;:
Section 1. The sum of tll,000.00 is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise expend -

ed, for the purpose of paying C. E. Smith for his services and ex-

penses as consulting engineer of the City of Little Rock in connec-
tion with the preparation of the Little Rock Railway & Electric
Company rate case; and the Ilayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to draw three warrants therefor, in equal
amounts, maturing August 1, 1922, August 1, 1923, and August 1,
1924.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
