Section 1. The owner or owners of any property abutting upon
the east side of Pine Street from Fourteenth to sixteenth 2treet be
and they are hereby required to build, within ninety days from the
pammage of this ordinance, ana to thereafter maintain, sidewalks
along that portion of their property abutting upon the above named
street. Piaick siiewalkfi stall be built to tlle grade to be furnished
by Cit- l:ngineer and shall be constructed in the manner andof the
materials anein every ray in compliance wit-('-' the city ordinances
governing the construction of sidewalks in the City of Little
Rock in every manner except as to width, said width to be four
feet only, an(� exception to the specifications provided in said
ordinances perr32itted only as to width.
Oection 2. Failure to comply witi-L the provisions of this

Oection 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith ate hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
