An Ordinance to Prevent the Use of Permits for Construction ?fork
by Persons Who Do Not Apply in Their Own Name for Such Permits -,
or Who Do Not Comply with the City Ordinances Inegar
Kaking Bond or Cash Deposit Under Certain Ordinances,
and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAITuED BT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. From and after the d.at a of the passage of
this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm' -or cor-
poration to do any construction work in the City of Little Rock
under any permit unless such permit be issued to and in the name
of such person, firm or corporation doing said work, and, further,
unless all ordinances of the City of Little Rock requiring a cash
deposit or bond from such contractors, whether building contract-
ors, carpenters, plumbers, sidewalk builders, or contractors doing
any other manner of work, have been complied wit�a.
Section 2. Violation of this ordinance shall constitute
violator
a misdemeanor and upon conviction such 1 0 I'mx shall be fined
in any sum not less than $10.00 nor more than 100.00.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in

Conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
