:., AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATIOA OF 01
COURT Slit6_12, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
aI PLAS, the owner of Blocks 1 and 2, of
Colonial Court rddition to the city of Little - ock has
dedicated the streets in said addition to the city to
be kept open as a -,public highway of the city.
ff- REFORE', BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI`1'Y COUNCIL
O ` 'lam JI`1'Y OF LIT LE - OCX,
SECTION 1. That the dedication by Colo-
nial Development Comp8ny of Court ;3treet running north
and south between B:t.ock 1 and Block 2, Colonial Court
Addition, being a strip of land fifty -eight (58) feet
in width bettjeen the east property line of Block 1 and
the west property line of Block 2 at the north there
said blocks abut on Lee Avenue, and Fifty -eight and five -
tenths (58.5) feet in width between the east property line
of Block 1 and the west property line of Block 2 at the
south tnihere said blocks abut on I,arkham Street, as shove
by a plat and bill of assurance heretofore filed in the
office of the i ecorder of Pulaski County, be anO the same
is hereby accepted by the city of 1.ittle hock.
