AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
BE KNO!rdN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO _�1�

AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
"!HEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1: That said Street Improvement District No 313
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:
;;rest 20th Street from the west property line of
Gaines Street to the east property line of State
Street;
Jest 21st Street from the west property line of
Arch Street to the east property line of State Street;
'Jest 22nd street from the west property line of
Broadway to the east property line of State Street;
State Street from the north property line of ';rest 20th
Street to the south property line of '01est 23rd Street.
in the City off' Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to Regulate
Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", approved March 22,
1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said district shall
include the following property:
Lots 4,516,7,8 and 9 of Blocks 3 and 9; all of
Blocks 4,5,6.7 and 8; Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12
of Blocks 13,14 and 15; all in Weldon E. Wright's
Addition to the City of Little, Rock.

Lots A, B, and C of MICCain's Subdivision of parts
of Wright's Addition and Clark's Addition to the
City of Little Rock.
Lots 4,5,6,7,8, and 9 of Block 16 and the north one -
half of Block 17, all in Fulton's Addition to the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the City Clerk
is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of its passage to
publish the same in some newspaper published in the City of Little hock
for one insertion.
