An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of 1,409$�y or as
much thereof as ma.y be necessary to Pay to
for his services and expenses -s Fiscal Agent in S,�curing
a Temporary Loan of 170,000.00 for the City of Little Rock.
BF IT OF.DAUTED =3Y THE CITY C UNCIL OF TH-E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The sum •f ; r asmuch thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys
in the general revenue fund not otherwise expended,for the
purpose of paying for his services and
expenses as fiscal agent for the City of .Little Rock in
securing a loan of 70,000.00 for this City, and the TZayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw
the City's warrant for such m,of as much thereof as may
be necessary,to pa,y said fiscal agent, fixing the maturities
of such - warrant or warrants at such date or dates as in their
discretion may seem to the best interests of the City of
Little Rock.
S? M" ION 2. All ordinances 9.nd parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance
shall be in full :force and effect from and after its passage.
