AN ORDINANCE. LAYING OFF CERTAITv PORTIONS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE: ROCK INTO A SEWER IMPROVEbENT DISTRICT AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF SAID DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS SEWER DISTRICT N0. 9d .
WHEREAS, ten or more owners of real property within the Dis-
trict hereinafter described have petitioned the City Council of
Little Nock, Arkansas to take steps toward the making of local
improvements therein by building a sewer to connect with the

existing city sewer /or other proper outlet,
BE IT ORDAINr BY THE 01TY COUNCIL OF LI`i''T'LE ROCK, A- KANSAS,
Section l: That Sewer District No. 90 of the City of Little
Rock be and the same is hereby created and established for the
purpose of constructing a sewer to connect with the existing
city sewer sytem or other proper outlet, to be constructed in the
manner and of the material that the Commissioners of said Dis-
that shall deem for the best interests of the District; and
that said District be designated as Seder Improvement District
No. 90 Said Bistrict shall include and embrace the following
described property, to wit:
All of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of Union Depot Addition;
Lots 1 and 12 of Block 4, Union Depot Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12 of Block 4, Plunkett's Second Addition;
l Lots 1, 2 and 12 of Block S, Plunke tt's Second Addition;
\ Lil of Blocks 5, 8, 9 and 10 of +.orthen's Subdivision,
to the City of Little Roc K, Arkansas.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. and tais ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its pAssage, and
the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days after the
date of the passage of t:iis ordinance to publish the same in some
newspaper published in the City of Little dock for one insertion.
