AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT _TO
BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 315
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1: That said Street Improvement District No 3151,
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of draining, curbing, guttering, grading
and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:
Battery Street from the south property line of Nest
7th Street to the north property line of Wright Avenue,
Wright Avenue from the east line of Wolfe Street, ex-
tended north across said Wright Avende to the west
property line of Block 3 of Moore & Penzel's'Addition.
to Little Rock, Arkansas, extended north across said
Wright Avenue.
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of
the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to
Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", approved
March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3; Lots 11 and 12 of Block
4; Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Block 9, and Lots
1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of Block 10, ell in Faust's Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock;
Lots 30405, and 6 of Block 3; Lots 708,9,10 of Block
4; Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Blocks 9,14 and 19;
and Lots 1,2,3,4 :5 and 6 of Blocks 10,13 and 20 of
Marshall 8c Wolfe s Addition to the City of Little
Rock;

Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Blocks 6,8,19 and 21 of
Allis and Dickinson's Supplemental, 32 and 34; Lots
7 to 30 inclusive of Parish's Sub - division of Block
42 and Lots 7,8,9 of Block 43 and Lots 8,9 and 10
of Block 41, Fulk's bubdivision, all in Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,17,18,19,20, 21 and 22 of Blocks
1,2, and 3 of Moore and Penzel's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the City Clerk
is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of its passage to
publish the same in some newspaper published in the City of Little
Rock for one insertion.
