6ection 1. Authority is hereby granted
to g. ganders Grocery Store to erect a wooden awning at 2140 East
6th --treet, which awning shall be erected under the supervision
and to the satisfaction of the Uity 'n,ineer.
.section 2. Such parts of the City
ordinances as .could prohibit the erection of said awning at said
location only are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its pa.ssape.
