,section 1. From and after Ilay 1st, 1922 all persons, firms or
corporations keeping cars for hire without drivers in the City
of Little:ock shall equip each car with a special identification
tag, to be furnished by the city Collector, which tag shall take
the place of the regular City license tag and the same fee shall be
charged for the same as for other City license tags for cars of
like kind, make or capacity.
Section 2. Any person firm or copopration violating any of the
provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished by a fine of not less than w,5.00 or more than
X25.00 and each day a car is so used shall constitute a separate
offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall repeal former ordinances only in
so far as they are in conflict herewith.
