BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission be, and is hereby, granted to
the property owners on the north side of Lee Avenue from Gem 4reet
vgolnut
to -Bats street to lay sidewalks five feet from the present curb in-
stead of tvao feet from the property line as prescribed by ordinance,
said sidewalks in all other particulars to comply caith existing or-
dinances as to c onstr: ct ion of sidewalks.
Secti m 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith mod.. -,4he atOOe _.re hereby repealed and tl:,.is ordinance
shall be in full force end effect from and after its passage.
