AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO -522
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council. to take steps toward making
of local improvements therein by forming the territory hereinafter
described into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1:
That said Street Improvement District No 322
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of grading and paving in such manner and
with such materials as the commissioners of said district shall deter-
mine to be for the best interests of the district, the following
streets:
Midland Avenue from the north property line
of West Markham Street to the south property
line of Lee Avenue; and Louise Street from the
west property line of Fairfax Avenue to the
east property line of Midland Avenue„
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of
the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to
Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ", approved
March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of saic_
district shall include the following property:
Lots 12 to 15 inclusive
Lots 1,2,3, and 12 to 23
Lots 11 to 30 inclusive
Lots 1 to 18 inclusive
Lots 1. to 19 inclusive
all in Ivlidla.nd Hill
of Block 6
inclusive of Block 7
of Block 11
of Block 12
of Block 13

Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in the
City of Little Rock for one insertion.
