Ltd ORDIIIA 'CE APPROPRIATING THE SUM ^F-$645.00, OR AS PINCH THEREOF
AS MAY BE NECESSARY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE FORD TRUCK FOR THE
USE OF THE SEWER DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. The sum of $645.00, or as much thereof as may be nec-
essary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the General
Fund not otherwise expended, for the purchase of one Ford Truck
for the use of the Sewer Department; and the Mayor and Citk Clerk`
are authorized and directed to issue a City's warrant for the
above sum or as much thereof as may be necessary, made payable to
and at such date as they may deem for
the best interests of the city.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here
with are ajmgKtyt hereby repealed and this ordinance is to take
effect and be in force from the date of its passage.
