W.E.LEir6N,AS FISCAL AGENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,FOR HIS
EXPENSES AND SERVICES IN SECURING A LOAN FROPI THE LITTLE ROCK
CLEARING HOUSE ASSOC IATION,AND FOR OTF.7R PURPOSES.
BT If ORDAINED BY "'H- CITY COUNCIL OF TH`- CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Sec.l. The sum of 01,681.24, or as much thereoQ as may be
necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any sums of money
in the General Fund not othervJise expended, for the
purpose of paying W.E.Lenon, Fiscal Agent,for his
expenses and services in securing; a loan of ,60,000.00
from,the Little Rock Clearing Houee Association, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to drays the City's warrants therefor, in such denomination
and with such maturities as may in their discretion be for
the best interests of the City of Little Rock,
See.2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
