Nection 1. That the Board of Public Afft£rs be, and is hereby,auth-
orized and directed to lease the property belonging to the City,
situated at 21st
A and Barbbr S *��:.u- and more particularly described
as follows:
the said lease to be made to The Little Rock Auditorium Association
for a period of twenty -five years, anti upon such other terms as the
contracting parties agree upon.
Section 2'. This ordiance shall take effedt and be in force from and
after its passage, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
