AN ORDINATi,'E LAYIN3 OFF A PORTION OF THE, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET UPROVEM.ENT DISTRICT We
BE KNOnv AS STREET IMPROVEMMT DISTRICT NO. ; 328
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARI.S THEREOF. W -
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, ?ula ski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter sot out:

OF LITTLE MOCK:
Section 1: That s"-id Street Improvement district No. --328
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of paving in such manner and with
such materials as the commissioners of said district shall deter-
mine to be for the best interests of the district , the following
street:
West If 23rd Street from the s"est property line of Main."'
Street to the west property line of Ringo Street, except
that portion of said street lying between a line two
feet north of the north rail and a line two feet south
of the south rail of the track or tracks of the Little
Rock Raih-ray & Electric Company, .which said Company,
under the terms of its franchise, is obligated to -Pave
and maintain,
in the City of Little Nock, Arkansas, in accordance -with an Act
of the 3enera1 Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ",
approvad March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the bound-
aries of said district shall include the follo^ing property:
Lots 5 and 10 of Block 429 and Lot 5 of Block 430 of
DuVall's Addition,
Lots 1 to 5 inclusive and Lots 8 to 17 inclusive, all
in the Sub- division of Block 13 of the Rapley Estate,
The South half of Block 17; Lots 4 to 9 inclusive
of Blocks 18 and 19; Lots 5 to 8 inclusive of Block
20, and all of Blocks 21, 220 23 and 24, all in
Fulton's :addition.
All of Blocks 5 and 6; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and
12 of Blocks 3 and 4 of Clark's Addition,
Lots A, B and C of YcCain's Sub - Division of parts of
:7right's Addition and Clark's Addition.

all in 7eldon E. - 7rightts Addition.
Lots 71 8 and 9 of Block 4; Lots 4 to 9 inclusive
of Block 5; Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Block 6; Lots
it 2 and 3 of Block 7; Lots 1, 2 and 3 and Lots
10, 11 and 12 of Block 8; and Lots 10, 11 and

Addition.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered -•:!ithin t,7enty days from
the date of its pa^ sage to publish the same in some newspaper
published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
