CRDINANCE NC. 3Q56.
An ordinance authorizing and directing the
Board of Public Affairs to lease to the '6d. R. "drape Stave
Company a portion of Inez Street and for other purposes.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock:
Section 1. The Board of Public z1ffaj rs is hereby authorized

and directed to lease for a period of 4mw years from the date
of the passage of this ordinane to the 'd. R. tvdrape Stave Company
that portion of Inez Street extending from the south line of the
alley between Last Sixth and Last Seventh Streets to the north
line of Lighth Street. The annual rental to be paid to the City
shall be 425.00.
Section 2. The details of said lease contract shall be in
the d4scretion of said board and xiK such action as said board
shall take in regard thereto is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
