AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO._U_
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward
the making of local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the purpose
hereinafter set out:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
$ACTION 1: That Sewer Improvement District No. 91 of the
City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and established
for the purpose of building a sanitary sewer system with the necessary
laterals to serve said property and to provide an outlet for saZ4.
system in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, ir_ accordance wir,�?
an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled
"An Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ",
approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries
of said district shall include the following property:
Beginning at the intersection of the east property
line of Broadway, produced south, with the north line
of SW-L NW4 of the NE-1- of Sec. 150 Twp 1 North, Ran 8

thence due south to the northeast corner of L ot
Block 2 of C.E.Ferguson Addition to City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, thence west along the north line of
said Lot 2 to Broadway, thence follow east property
line of Broadway north to point mil' beginning.
All of Block 1 except Lots 1,2,6 and 7; and all of
Block 2 except Lot 1, which is hereinbefore included,
all in C. E. Ferguson Addition to City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.

SECTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in the
City of Little Rock for one insertion.
