AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATr, OF TAXATION OF
PROPERTY FOR CITY PURPOSES FOR TH7 Y'a.AR 1922.

Section 1. That the rate of taxation on real
and personal prorerty in the 4'ity of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for City purposes for the year 1922, be and the same is
hereby fixed and estalblished and levied as follows: �-
For general purposes in order to carry on the
affairs of the City Government, under Section 4, Article
12, of the Coristitution of 1874, there is hereby levied
a tax of 5 mills.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect from and after its passage, and the sane
shall be forthwith certified by the :iayor and City Clerk,
as required by late.
