An Ordinance Laying off a Portion of the
City of Little Rock Into a Street Improve-
ment District to Be Known as Street Im-
provement District No. 335 and Designating
the Boundaries Thereof.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real
property within that portion of Little Rock,
k plaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter de-
bed, have petitioned the City Council to
e steps toward making of local improve-

for the purpose hereinafter set out:

Council of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1: That said Street improvement
District No. 335 of the City of Little Rock
be, and the same is hereby created and es-
tablished for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing and paving with an asphaltic pave-
ment, and in such manner as the commis-
sioners of said district shall determine to be
for the best interests of the district, the fol-
luwing streets:
"K" Street, beginning at the east
property line of Prospect Avenue;
Thence east to the west property line
of South Lookout avenue.
Palm Street, beginning at the north
property line of Prospect Avenue;
Thence North to the south property
line of Kenyon Avenue.
Spruce Street,. beginning at the
north property line of "K" street;

line of Kenyon Avenue.
,Beech Street; beginning at the
north property line of Prospect Ave-
nue; Thence north and northwest to
its intersection with South Lookout
Avenue.
Ash Streegt, beginning at the north

Thence north to the south property

"I Street, beginning at the west
property line of Walnut Street;
Thence west to the East property line
of Beech Street.
South Lookout Avenue, beginning
at the west property line of Speed
or Elm Street; Thence in a south-
westerly and southerly direction to
its intersection with Beech Street.
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in ac-
cordance with an act of the General Assem-
bly of the State of Arkansas, entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities
of the First Class," approved March 22, 1881,
and amendments thereto; that the boundaries
of said district shall include the following,

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, and
the City Clerk is hereby ordered within 20
days from the date of its passage to publish
the same in some newspaper published in the
City of Little Rock for one insertion.
