Whereas, the majority in value of the property holders
caning property adjoining the locality, to be affected and sit
uated in district no,324 organized for the purpose of gra,dirg,
draining, curbing, and paving with sheet a.sphalt,Warrenite.- Bittau
lithic,or such other pavement and in such manner as the commis
