removing of curbing, guttering, sewer and water pipes and drainage

RRariham Street lying between the west line of Ridgeway and the
east line of Cedar Street, and Crystal Avenue between the north line
of Markham Street and the east line of Court Street, and Maple Street
between the North line of Yarkham Street and the south line of Cry-
stal avenue.
In accordance with the Act of the General Asserlbly of the'State
of Arkansas entitled "An Act to Regulate the Manner of Assessing Real
Property for Local Improvements in Cities of First and Second Class,"
approved March 22n4, 1881, and amendments thereto Section2. That t'--N-
District hereby created, laid off and established, shall include that
portion and only that portion of the City of Little Rock., Arkansas,
hereby designated as follows:

VaREAS, ten or more owners of real property within that
portion of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed have neti ti oned the Council of the City off" Little Roc-.,
Arkans.-.s, to take steps toward the making of local improvements
therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and laying of
water and sewer pipes and the repairing or removing of curbing,
guttering, sewer and water pines and drainage openings on Mark-
lying between the west line of Ridgeway and the east line of Cedar Street
and

between the North line of Idarkham Street and the south line of
Crystal Avenue.

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances,
kn conflict herewit'.1. are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publica-
tion and the clerk of the City of Little Rock is hereby- ordered,
within twenty days from the passage of this ordinance, to publish
same in some newspaper of general circulation published in the
County of Pulaski, for one insertion.
