An Ordinance 1 -,ying off certain portions of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, into an Improvement District and desig-
nating the property embraced therein; said District to 100e known
as Street Improvement District T%o. 338
MHEREAS, ten or more owners of real property wiV1,dn that
portion of the City of Little Rock, Ar= kansas, hereinafter des-
cribed have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to take steps toward the making of local improvements
therein by paving with Concrete base and asphaltic surface ioiarkham
Street lying between the west line of Ridgeway and the east line of Cedar
Street, and Crystal hvenue between the north iiae of Markham
Street and the east line of Court Street, and laple Street between
the North line of N:arkh:,n Street and the south line of Crystal
Avenue.

De it ordained by the City Council cf the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
Section. 1. That Street Improvement District 10. 338 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby cre. -Ited
and established for the purpose of paving with concrete base and
asphaltic surface:
Markham Street lying between the west line of Ridgeway and the
east line of Cedar Street, and Crystal Avenue between the north line
of Markham Street ar_d the east line of Court Street, and I.Taple Street
betilmen the Yorth line of Markham Street and the south line of Cry-
stal avenue.
In accordance with the Act of the General Assembly of the State
of Arkansas entitled "An Act to Regulate the Manner of Assessing Real
Property for Local Improvements in Cities of First and Second Class,"
approves_ Yarch 22nd, 1881, and amendments thereto Section 2. That the
District hereby created, laid off and established, shall include that
portion and only th-2.t portion_ of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby designated as follows:

district and shall be surjcct to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shUl
takjow.e..ffect and be in force from and after its passage and publics-

do r and ti.e clerk of the City of Little Rock is hereby ordered,
within twenty days from the passage of this ordinance, to publish
the same in some newspaper of general circulation published in the
County of Pulaski, for one insertion.
