THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, FOR THE P'UROPHAFEOF ONE 6TIEE'T
IRON DUMP BED FOR FORD TRUCK,AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RO:;K:
Section 1. That the sum of )125.00, or asmuch thereof as
may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise appropri ate6 ,
for the purpose of purchasing one sheet ircn dump bed for Ford
track, Tom Amberg 4* Son, and the 1�I -77or and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant or
warrants for the total sum of 125.00, made payable to B}imberg &
Son, and with such maturity or maturities qs they m�,y deem for
the best interest of the City.
Section 2. This o rd inance shall tape effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
