t :_, AS, more than ten (10) owners of real property within
the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City council of the Jity
of Kittle dock, Arkansas, to tare steps looking toward the making of
local iml:.rovernents therein by grading, curbing, cuttering, plumbing,
draining, and raving with concrete, asphalt, j'c"dam, gravel, brick
or of such material and dir-mensions9the Lommissioners may deem best,

City of uittle -:ock, Lxkansas, be and the same is hereby created,
laid out and established for the purpose of grading, curbing, gutter-
ing, plumbing, draining, and paving with concrete, asphalt, L:c.Ldam,
gravel, brick, or of such material and dimensions as the Commissioners
may deem best, the following named street, to-wit:
East fourteenth Street from ucott utreet to ..cAlmont utreet;
ycAlniont wtreet from the north line of -ast Fourteenth utreet running
west, to the south line of East Fourteenth Street running east; East
_- ourteenth Street from ; cAlmont Street to College Street,
in accordance with an act of the General Assembly of the
state of Arkansas entitled "An act ::o =regulate `yhe i:anner of Assess-
ing .-,eal Iroperty `or Local improvements in cities Of The first
and :second Class," approved Earth 22, 1881, and amendments
thereto.

ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication; and the Odity �;Ierk is hereby ordered
within twenty days from the passage of this ordinance to publish
same in some newspaper of general circulation in the Oity of
uittle Lock, for one insertion.
