LOTS, BLOCKS, PARCELS, RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS OR
OTHER SUB - DIVISIONS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN STHr , T
IMPROVE N�NT DISTRICT NO. 329 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK. ARKANSAS.
WITEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real property
owning real property adjoining the locality to be affected and sit-
uated within Street Improvement .)istrict too. 329 of the City of
Little cock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local
improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and
paving in such manner and with such materials as the cowiiissioners
of said District shall determine to be for the best interests of
the District, the streets set out in their petition, have petitioned
the City Council of the City of Little xock for the construction of
said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon
the real property within said District according to the benefits
received; and
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every lot, block,
parcel, railroad - right -of -way or other sub - division of real property
situated within said district equals or exceeds the local assessment
thereon; and
VITERE,AS, the estimated cost of said improvement is .169,080.00,
which is les:� than fifty per cent (5011) of the assessed value of the
real property in said district as shown by the last county assessment;
THER`?FOR.E, IT iS B')'.V URDAIBED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY
OF LITTLE nOCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION x: That the said several lots, blocks, parcels, rail-
road right -of -ways or other sub- divisions of real property within
said Street Improvement District ivo. 329 be, and they are, hereby
assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement dis-
trict as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk mf the

City of Little Aock, as the same may be annually readjusted by the
hoard of assessors, and that ten per centum (10,yo) of said assessment
of the value of the benefits of each of said lots, blocks, parcels
railroad right -of -gays or other sub- divisions of real property in
said District shall be paid annually on or before the 15th clay of
April of each yeax until the whole of said assessment shall have
been paid. The first annual :payment shall be i:iade on or before
the 15th day of A -6ril, 1923,
S;,uTION 2:
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
