�7fiEREAS, persons claiming to be a majority in value
of the o.yners of real property 4iithin the territory hereinafter de-
scribed, which property adjoins Street Improvement ')istriet No, 302
of Little Rock, Arkansas, a duly created and existinv improvement
district in said city, desire to be added to and included in said
improvement district, and have filed a ,;petition with the City Coun-
cil of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, prayinE; that said terri-
tory be annexed to said improvement district and have designated
the nature of the Improvement to be undertaken, and have described
the territory to be annexed, and
MRi+�AS, the City Council has directe : the City Clerk
to publish for two weeks in some no aspaper issued and having a general
circulation in Pulaski County a notice. calling upon the property
owners 'ithin said territory to appear before this Council on this
day and show cause for or against such annexation, and
'VIMIR" AS , such notice has been duly published and
this is the time fixed in said notice for the hearing to determine
whether those signing aaid petition constitute a majority in v --lue
of the owners of real property in said territory, and
`7HER1AS, this Council has heard all person, who de-
sire to be heard upon the question of whether the signers of said
petition constitute a majority in value of the owners of real pro-
perty within said territary sought to be annexed.

the City of Little Kock, Arkansas:
SF. CTI011T 1: That this Council has ascertained that
the signers of the petttion to annex the property hereinafter des-
cribed to Street Improve -rent District 37o. 302 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, constitute a majority in v -7,lue of the owners of real

property within the territory sought to be annexed, and that said
petitio_Z for the annexation of said territoryr is in due form and
properly signed bJ a majority of the or�ners of real property as

S MI ON 2: That Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block 169
Lots 1 to 11 inclusive of Block 17; Lots 3 to 9 inclusive of Block
18 and Lots 7 to 12 inclusive of Block 19, all in ;'Teldon E. 7riglht 's
Addition. Dots 1 to 6 inclusive and 100 11 and 12 of clock 17;
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block 18 and Trots 7 to 12 inclusive of
Blocks 31 and 32, all of Kimball's South ?ark Addition. Lots 7
to 12 inclusive of Block 11 and Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Block 12, all
in Wat 7orthen's Addition. Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 1 and the
north onto -half of Slock 8, all in Crawford?s Addition, all in the
City of Little _ock, 'ulaski Cibunty, Arkansas, be and they are here-
by added to and annexed to Street Improvement District ',To. 302 of
Little Rock and are a part of said Improvement District and the
commiseioners of said :Oistlict shall proceed to make the improve-
ments petitioned for by grading and paving in such manner and TfL th
such materials as the cibmmissioners of said Street Improvement
District No. 302 shall deem to be for the best interest of the
territory hereby annexed to said "treet Improvement District P?o.
302 on ?lest 25th Street from the -lest property line of state ''treet
to the east property line of Rineo Street, and Izard Street from the
south property line of ! "rest 23rd Street to the north property line
of Vlest 27th Street. That said annexed territory shall be known as
the Izard Street. Annex to Street Improvement District "o. 302 of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
S CTION 3: That the commissioners shall make the assess-
ments of benefits for said improvement on the lots in the territory
to be annexed on the same basis as i-•" said territory was incl«ded in
the original district and shall file said assessment ai.th the City
Clerk,
