W1r2':RE'AS, Ilore` than ten owners of real property within the portion
of the city of Little Rock hereinafter set forth have petitioned the
City Council of the city of Little Rock, Irkaasa.s, to take steps
towards the making^ of local improvements therein by doing tre neces-
sary paving, draining^, curbing, grading and plumbing in such manner
and with such material as the Commissioners of the said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district,the following
streets;
.Zch street from the south property line of 1.:- arkham
street to the north property line of Seventh street.
THEREFOR, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That Street Improvement district LTo. 347, of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of making local improvements therein-by
doing the necessary paving, draining, curbing, grading arid plumbing
in such manner and with such materials as the Commissioners of the
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following street,
Arch street from the south property line of
Markham street to the north property line of
Seventh street,
all in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled, °' An
act to regulate local improvements in cities of the first class,"
approved Larch 22, 1851, and amendments thereto. That the bounda-
ries of the said district shall include,
All property lying between a line 150 feet east
of the east property line and a line 150 feet
west of the west property line of Arch street
from the south property line of Arch street to the
north property line of Seventh street,
all in the Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski Cnant7, Arkansas.

Section 2. That all ordinfloices in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall tare effect arid be i.n force
from and after its passage, and the city clerk is hereby ordered
within twenty days of passage of this ordinance, to publish the same
in some newspaper in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for one
insertion.
