' ORDINANCE NO. 3162.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING 2OR FORTY -FIVE DEGREE ANGLE
ARKING ON THE WEST SIDE 2=9 OF ASHY STREET AND PROHIBITING
ARKING ON THE ,'AST SIDE OF SAID STREET, AND FOR OT=- PURPOSES.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP LITTLE ROCKf
SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this
rdinance all vehicles parking on Ashley Street shall be
laced at an angle of forty -five degrees to the curb, in
northwesterly direction,on the west side of said street
Only; and no vehicle shall park on the east side of the
street at any time, provided, this does not prohibit vehicles
from parking for such length of time as it is necessary to
load and unload passengers and baggage.
SECTION 2.Ahy person, firm, or corporation
violating the above provisions of this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the
municiplk court, shall be fined in any sum not less than two
nor more than five dollars.
SECTION 3. ;ill ordinances and parts of ordinances
in ccnfliet herewith, in so far as Ashley Street is affected,
are hereby repealed, and This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force.from and after its passage.
