be, and, is Hereby authorized to construct and maintain a switch or
sim. r track on East Third Street extending from the Uouth side of Third
Areet across the said street and on to Lots 19 2 and 3, Block 2,
sector's Town dl.ition and Lot 4, Dlook 4, R.;.ssell's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, for a term of twenty -five ,-;-ears. The grant herein
being made upon the express49 conditions that no c rs shall. be �'�ermitted
to stand upon saiU street or sidewalk as intersected by said switch
and that said switch shall ill no way interfere with traiffic on said
street and that the said aiegel- .ing Company, s,.,ccessors or assigns,
shall build azid maintain during the period of this grant a - pavement

two feet on the outside of the rail thereof as is now laid, or of such

switch shall be on a level with the grade of the street as is now or
may hereafter be established by the City and said City shall have the
right to alter or change said grant At its I-)leasure and without

switch in such a manner as not to obstruct the drainage or flow of
surface water in the gutters of said street and shall at all times
