PUBLIC BY MAKING IT UNLAY; FUL FOR DRUNK PEEL S ON TO
DRIVE A M02OR VEH ICL J PROVIDING PENALTY FOR
VIOLATICNq AND FOR OTLM PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. From and after the ra ssage to this erdiranace
it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any automobile, truck
or motor driven vehicle on any of the streets within the City limits
while in an intoxicated condition.
Section 2. Whoever sr-all be convicted of violating the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be penis Y.e d by a fine of not lose than
$25.00 nor more than $200.00 for the first offense and for any
subsequent offense not less than $50.00 and may be imprisoned in
addition to such fine not more than thirsty days,
Section. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
