A. ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY INT +'R *CITY BUS LINE
FROM HAVING A TERMINUS ON THE STREETS OF LITTLE
ROCK OTHER THAN ON BROAIiWAY, BETWEEN MARKHAM AND
S rBO OND STREETS, AND FOR 0 THE R PURPOSES.
BE IT .ORDMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THh; CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation, operating an inter -city bus line, to have a
terminus on the streets of Little Rock, other than on Broaftay,
ILI between Markham and Second Streets.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor and upon conviction in the Municipal Court shall be finei
in any sum not less than five nor more than twenty -five
dollars, and each day's violation shall be a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
