ORDINANCE NO. 3203.
AN ORDINANCE GRdNTING TO MM F. C GUNN THE RIGHT
TO CONSTRUCT AIM YA INTA IN T-11E FOLUVJ NG tIVE OF SEVER:
BEGINNING IN APPIANWAY,BETWEEN NINTH AND TE1\VH STPMTS,
MAKING CONNECTION WITH SEWER KNOVIN AS DISTRICT NO. 26, AND
EXTEND LINE TO AND CONNECTING WITH LOT 129 BLOCK 5, ROOT'S &
COY'S ADDITION, AND FOR 0 MR PURPOSES,,
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY 00 UNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the right and privilege is hereby granted to
Ors. F. C. Gunn, her xxxJo= heirs and assigns, to construct and main-
tain at her own expense, a certain line of sewer, as described above, pro-
vided that the said sewer shall be according to the plans and specifica-
tions as approved by the City Engineer, and filed with him.
Section 2. In consideration of said privilege Trs F. C .
will advance the funds necessary for the construction or said sewer d

hereby authorized to be constructed, for and during the period provided

Seetion4. That the said sewer shall be turned over to and
become the property of the City of Little Rock five years after the
passage of this ordiname.
Section 5. The City Collector is hereby desigxated as a collector
for the parties mentioned, to whom all moneys for connection axt proportion-
ate shares of construction costs shall be paid and for the benefit and use
the eity shall receive three per cent of the amount for making collections
of all moneys collected, and pay the balance to Alrs. F. C. Gunn, her heirs
or assigns, as their interest appears.
Section 6, Said Yrs. F. C. Gunn sha 11 fi le in writ ing an
acceptance of the terms of this ordinance within 30 days from the passage
of this ordinance and upon failure to do so the ordi nanc a shall be of no
effect.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its passage,
