3210ORDINANCE Nn. 3210.
An ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to be
received by the owners of each of the several blocks,lots and par-
eels of land within Street Improvement District No. 333 of the City
of Little Roa k, Arkansas.
Whereas, the majority in value of the property holders
owning props ty adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in
district No. 333, organized for the purpose of grading, draining, gut-
tering and paving with asphalt, brick, macadam or such other material
as the commissioners may hereafter determine, and doing of the necessary
work in conneetiontherewith, within the limits of street improvement
district aforesaid, have petitioned the council of the city or town of
Little hock, Ark- for the construction of said improvement, and that
the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said dis-
trict according to benefits received; and.,
Whereas, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated in said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
Whereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is
seventeen thousand ($17,000.9)) dollars;
Therefore, it is now ordained by the city council of
the city of Little Rock;
section 1. That said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said district be assessed 8210 of the assessment of bene-
fits for said improvement district as same now appears in the office of
the city clerk according to the assessment of benefits on file therein,
and that 10% of said assessment of benefits on each of said blocks, lots
and parcels of land shall be paid on or before the 1st day of August,
1923, and 8 o thereof, annually, thereafter on or before the 1st day of
August until the whole of said 82% of the said assessment of benefits
shall be paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
he in still force and effect from and after its passage.
