making of local improvements therein by forming the territory here-
inafter described into n improvement district for the purpose
hereinafter set out:
Therefore, be it orde i ied by the Ii ty Council of the City of
Little Nock:
A
Section 1. That said Street Improvement 'district No. 355 of
the City of Little ?ock be, and the same is hereby created and es-
tablished for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, putter-
ing and paving with warrenite, amiesite or sheet asphalt as the
commissioners to be selected may deem for the best interests of
the district, the following named streets, to -wit:
Ringo Street from the South property line of est Seventh
;Street to the iTorth propert,,T line of ?`est Twenty- fourth
Street.
in the City of ;little Hock, in accordance with an act ot, the Gen-
eral assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "in Act to Begu-
late Lobal I1provements in ities of the First Class ", e )proved
h;arch 22, 1881, anc. amendments thereto; that the boundaries of
said district shall include the follov,.,ing property:
Lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 in Blocks 263, 264, 265,
<66, 267, 268, 269, 270, 271, -72, Lind 2,73; Lots 7, 8, 9,
10, 11 and 12 in Blocks 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285,
286, 287, 288 and 289; all in the Original Oity of
Little Bock;
Lots, 1, 2, tt 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Bloch 274; 'Lots
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, is Block 278
Fulk's Subdivision;
Tots 1, 4, 5 3nd 6 in Blocks 2,15 and 26; Lots
1 2, 3 4 5 6, in Block 27; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, in
Bock 2$; fiots , 9, 10, 11 end 12, in ;lock 29; Lots 7,
8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, in Blocks 30, 31 and 3P; Wright's
Addition;

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordina ces in
co llict herewith are hereby, repe4iled, 8.,,-.d this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City clerk is hereby ordered within 20 days from the date of its
passate to publish same in some newspaper published in the city
of Little Sock for oae Lasertion.
