ORDINANCE NO.32330
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PU3LIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER IN-
TO A CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM OF BRANDON,
GORDON AND WADDELL, TO SECURE AN EX,P,_E NSION
OF THE CITYIS LOAN DUE SEPTEMBER, 11923,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0f , L T LE ROM.
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be and the
same is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with the firm of Brandon, Gordon and Waddell of Naw York City
to secure an extension of the city's loem due September ,1923,
in accordance with the terms of a letter filed with the City
Clerk by said firm at the council meeting of June 21, 1823.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
