AN ORDINAI?C7 GRANTING DR. 111. S. MAY PERMISSION TO ERECT A
CERTAIN KIND OF BUILDING AT SOUTHEAST CORN'R OF
S7ME'NTH AND SPRING STRE?TS, AND FOR OTH"R PURPOS ^S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TF7 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Dr. W. S. May be permitted to erect a
brick building (50x140 feet), with wooden partitions and
composition roof at southeast corner of Seventh and ,Spring Streets,
and that he be permitted to install a drive -in gasoline filling sta-
tion at this location, the walls of said building to be erected on
the property lines as the owner may direct. Said Dr. ':,,fay to pay
all of the usual permit fees required.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as tkxy
iaxx they affect this ordinance, and shall take effecta and
be in force from and after its passage.
