the Owners of the ,, ,veral Blocks , .ots and ParceA of wand
Situated d ithin Street Improvement District No.343 of the City
of Little riock,Arkansase
hereas,the majority in value of the property holders
owning property adjoining tie locality to be affected and
situated in district No.343 organized for the purpose of
raving the streets set out in the petition,b.ave petitioned the
council of the city of little .:oak, Arkansas for the constructimn
of said irrprovenent and that the cost thereof sht;ll be assessed
upon the real property of said district according to befefits
received;and
,;hereas said beefits received by each and every blook,lot
and parcel of real property situated in said district eruals
or exceeds the local assessment thereon;and
,,'hereas the estimated cost of said improvementis X49,465.900
Therefore,it is now ordained by the city council of the
city of :'tittle -:oak ixkansas,that said several blocks,lots and
parcels of -real property in said district be assessed according
to the assessment list for said improveraento district as the
same now remains in the office of the asp city clerk
and that eight (8) per xxxtxj�axtmm= centum on each of said
bocks,lots and parcelasaall be paid on or before the First day
of October 1933 and that a lime sum shall be kaid on or before
the First Day of October of ever year thereafter until the
whole of said local assessment shall be paid.
and said local assessment shall be a charge and a lien agaiAt
all the real property in said district from the date of said
ordinance and shall be entitled to preference over all other
judgments ,executions,incuriberances or liens whensoever created
and shall continue until such local assnaentnt with any penalty
and costs that may accrue thereon,shall be paid,proviaed as
betv,een grantor _.n3 ,rantee,all pt- yments not due ut the date
real
of the transfer of such /property shall be p«yable by the grantee.

aect.2.That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its passage.
