LITTLE, ROCK, ARXANSAS.
WHEREAS, the present rate of collection of the assess-
ment of benefits in Street Improvement District No, pro -
vides more money than is needed to pay the bonds and interest
coupons of said �3istri ct as they mature,
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the said several blocks, lots and par-
cels of real property within Street Improvement District T;Eo..�?(/
be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list
for said improvement district as the same now remains in the off-
ice of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock and as the same
ma be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that 9`
of ai d assessment of the value of the benefits kin each of said
lots, blocks and parcels of said land shall be paid annually on
or before the 15th day of August of each year thereafter until the
whole of said assessment shall have been paid. The next annual
payment shall be paid on or before the 15th day of August, 1923,
SriC'T1 ON 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
