AN ORDINANCE Assessing the value of the Benefits to be Received
by the Owners of Each of the Several Blocks, Lots and
Parcels of Land Within Street improvement District
WNo. 335 of the City of Little Dock, Arkansas.
A'heress, a majority in value of the property owners own-
ing property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
within Street Improvement District No. 335 of the City of Little
Bock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein by grading, draining, curbing and p -sving with an
asphaltic pavement:
"K" Street, beginning at the east property line
of ?rospect Avenue; Thence east to the .';est property
line of South Lookout Avenue.
Palm ttreet, beginning at the north property
line of Prospect X'ivenue; Thence North to the south
property line of Kenyon Avenue.
Spruce Street, beginning at the north property
line of "K" Street; Thence North to the South prop -
eity line of Kenyon Avenue.
Beech Street, beginning at the north property
line of Prospect Avenue; Thence north and northwest to
its intersection with South Lookout Avenue.
Ash Street, beginning at the north property line
of Prospect Avenue; Thence north to the south property
line of "I" atxcet.
"I" Street, beginning at the west property line
of tralnut Street; Thence west to the East property line
of Beech Street.
South Lookout Avenue, beginning at the west
property line of Speed or Elm Street; Thence in a South-
westerly and southerly direction to its intersection
with Beech Street.
have petitioned the City Council of Little Rock, for the construc-
tion of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be as-
sessed upon the real property within said district according to the
benefits received; and,
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated within said district equals'
or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and,
INHEAEAS, the estimeted cost of said improvement, exclusive
of interest, is $114,700.00;
TILPIREFORE, it is now Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Section 1. That said several blocks, lots and parcels of
real property in said Street Improvement District No. 335 be and they
are hereby assessed according to the assessment list for said im-
provemen�, district as the same now remains in the office of the city
clerk of the City of Little Bock, acid as the sane may be annually
readjusted by the board of assessors, and that seven (7%) per centum
of said assessment of value of benefits of each of said blocks, lots
and parcels of land shall be paid annually for the next succeeding
two years on or before the 10th d_y of August of each. year until four-
teen hundred (14jo) per centum of said assessment sh<11 have been paid;
that thereafter six (6 %) per centum of said assessment of value of
benefits sh:jll be paid annu-,:lly on said date for the ne-t succeeding
12 years, and that four(4 %) per centum of said assessment of value of
benefits shall be paid on the final an succeeding fifteenth year, or
altogether until a total of ninety (9 a)�of said assessment of value
of benefits shall have been paid. The first annual payment shall be
made on or before the aOth day of August, 1923.

Section 1.. That all ordinsn�res or parts of ordinances in
conflict are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
