SECTION 1. That permission is hereby granted to
the A.B.3ebler & Son Lumber Company to e:-tend the roof of its
building over the sidewalk , and to erect six columns on sidwalk
at curb for the sup.)ort thereof, at the vest side of their presc ,(r'
place of business at 12th & VIoodraw Streets,
SECTION 2. All of above mentioned wo ric to be d orie.
under the supervision of the City Engineer after permits have
been obtained as required by law.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts or ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as this
ordinance is affected, and this ordinance shall ':e in fall force
and eft`ect from and after its passage.
