SIDE AND FOR OTHLR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINLD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to Mrs. G. H. Lyon,
to construct a reinforced concrete loading platform over the
sidewalk on the Commerce street side adjacent to Lot 11, Block
7 Popes Addition, located on the north -east corner of Second
and Commerce Streets. Provided that the said platform shall
not exceed twenty feet in length and shall be made accessible
by means of easy inclim s or ramps.
Section 2. That this platform may be covered and protected
by a galvanized iron marquis having frame work of steel sup -
potted and hung from the building.
Section 3. All construction work and designs shall meet the
approval of the Superintendent of Public Works and shall be
constructed under his s Lpervis ion.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
