ORDINANCE NO. 3273.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A CERTAIN PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, INTO A
LOCAL IMPRO 1TEJy& vT D IS Tn ICT AN) DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDS THEREOF, SAID DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN
AS "STREET I]APROMAENT DISTRICT NO. 365 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE RO CZ, ARKAr: SAS . "
WHEREAS, more than ten ovmers of real property
within the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City
Council of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, to take steps
looking toward the making of local improvements therein by
grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said
district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following street: Brown Street from the south
property line of Markham btreet to the north property line-
of 'Test Capitol Avenue; now, there-,:ore,
BE IT ORDAMID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK', ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That "Street Improvement District no. 365
of the City of Little Hock, Arkansas," be and the same hereby
is created, laid out and established for the purpose of
grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of saia
district shall determine to be for the best interests of the

line of West Capitol Aver_u e, in accordance with an Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled
"An Act To Regulate The vanner of Assessing Real Property
For Local Improvements in Cities of The :First and Second
Class," approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto .
Section 2. That the district hereby created,
laid out and established shall include that pDrtion of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, described as follows, to -Nit:
All that real property lying within 150 feet east of the
east property line, and all that real property lying
within 150 feet west of the west property line, respectively,
of Brown Street from the south property line of Markham
Street to the north property line of Viest Capitol Avenue.
Section 3. That all ordinances and perts a€
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and publication; and the
City clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the
passage of this ordinance t o publish same in some newspaper
of general circulation in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for one insertion.
