Section 1. That permission is hereby graned to A. Sol-

of Little Rock, Arkansas, to build and install a
drive in fillinm station on Lot Fight (p,) in Plock Fifteen
( 15) of Roots & Coy's Addition to the City of Little Rock, sa~e
being within five hundred feet of the Church of Christ, located
at Twelfth St. and Thayer Ave. '�
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances i'n
so far as +he same are in conflict with the permission
hereby granted are hereby repe6led, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its paseage.
